Day 15: Saturday 14 October 2017, NY

We actually got a sleep in this morning - 8am. Got up and ready, went down for some coffee and toast on the diner on the corner and then ubered to Central Park for our Sex in the City bus tour. It was great! We stopped along the way at the Magnolia Bakery, the Pleasure Chest and Scout’s Bar for a Cosmo. Took lots of pics! Best stop of the day would have to be Carrie’s Stoop along with the cupcake from the bakery. Probably the best red velvet I’ve ever had in my life!

We had a very late lunch at the diner across the road and then Jo, Dawn and I went for a walk back to Times Square.

We dropped Dawn back and Jo and I set off for Macy’s! Some serious fun and shopping was again had. We managed to find Terminal 23 and talked the security guy into letting us take a couple of quick pics whilst the doors were open.

We tried to find another Magnolia Bakery lol but couldn’t seem to find it inside Penn Station - we think it was probably underneath us. Then came Kmart and a few more giggles.

We headed back and arrived back around 11pm with the intention of having a drink at the bar but unfortunately the $17/spirit charge changed our minds and we went upstairs to the room.... over 11kms walked again today!
