Day 3: Monday 2 October 2017, DCA & Lakers

After a yummy brekky of pancakes at Denny’s we were off to Disney California Adventure! Upon arrival we headed straight to get a fast pass for Soarin’ and then went for a dip on Grizzly Falls.

We went for a wander and before we knew it it was time to head back for Soarin’. It was a fabulous treat for everyone and has quickly surpassed the other rides as everyone’s favourite!!

We had lunch at Flo’s V8 and I had a scrummy chicken pot pie and slaw. So yummy!!!

Everything in DCA was decorated for Halloween..... I don’t ever remember it being decorated when we’ve been there before??? Anyway everything looked amazing.

The girls all wanted to go on Mickey’s Funwheel and so deciding it was time to conquer my fear, away we went!!!! On the non rocking carriages of course lol and whilst we were up there we saw California Screamin’ had broken down midway up the hill. This might be a good time to mention that it was only because Suzie had suggested we let lunch settle before we went on it that we didn’t head for it straight away!!

Some more retail therapy was required and then we had to head back and get ready for the Lakers at the Staples Centre. They narrowly went down to the Nuggets but it was just a thrill to be there :)

Before we fell into bed for the night we decided to have pancakes at Denny’s.

All in all another fabulous day had by all!!
