Day 8: Saturday 7 October 2017, Graceland

We set the alarm for 8am and got up ready to go and pick up the hire car only to discover that I had reserved the car from Sunday instead of today. Oh well never mind. We managed to get a car for the day and drove to Graceland.

Wow. Just wow. It’s so incredible and surreal to be here. I have taken photos of absolutely everything. And their graves are here too. I have always loved him, his music and even his cheesy movies. Such an incredible experience.

After we left we drove to Beale Street to have a look around. Definitely an eye opener! Fantastic vibe being there.

Came back to the hotel and had some dinner and then Jo and I drove to Walmart which happened to be over the state line of Arkansas!!! Talk about a laugh! Great for the soul :)
